What does The Learning Wizard do?

The Learning Wizard is a program that develops the skills required to have the ability to learn and use information.  This is done by using a system's approach to learning.

The Learning Wizard (TLW) demonstrates a method to use to get into the "zone" to focus on obtaining, retaining and using the information required to be successful in a college course.  This is done by integrating study skills, vocabulary skills, comprehension, reading rate, memory strategies and test taking skills.  What TLW does not do is develop these skills in isolation from each other.  This is because when obtaining information in a college course it is necessary to apply all of these skills at the same time.
